The Fairview Christian Church was organized in about 1838. The present church building was
originally constructed in 1875. The cemetery is quite large and beautifully maintained.

Anthony married Rachel Miller, abt. 1831 in Bedford, Pa., daughter of Jacob Miller and Mrs. Miller. Rachel was born January 03, 1811 in Clear Ridge, Bedford, Pa, and died October 11, 1881.
